Delicate morello cherries in alcohol rest in a fondant flavoured with Marc de Champagne, before being coated in intense dark chocolate.

A new creation from Maison Boissier, designed for lovers of elegant and generous flavours.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate 48% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter), Marc de Champagne fondant 24.7% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, Marc de Champagne 3%), morello cherries in alcohol 23.3% (morello cherry, alcohol, water, sugar), chocolate pearl (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, anhydrous MILK fat, natural vanilla flavouring, glazing agent: shellac). Pure alcohol: 5%.
