It was in 1827 that the confectioner Bélisaire Boissier created the Boule candy, whose round shape symbolizes the City of Paris. He first developed a version with Montmorency cherries, then imagined variations such as the mint one.
Mint Ball Candies are available in a 70g metal box or an 80g powder box.
