Assorted Fruit Ball Candies

It was in 1827 that confectioner Bélisaire Boissier created the Ball Candy, whose round shape symbolizes the City of Paris. He first developed a version with Montmorency cherries after extracting their aroma, much like essential oils are extracted from flower petals in Grasse. Over time, the Ball Candy was enriched with multiple flavors, such as the fruit assortment: Cherry, Blueberry, Lemon, Orange.
