Bergamot Ball Candy

It was in 1827 that confectioner Bélisaire Boissier created the Boule candy, whose round shape symbolizes the city of Paris. He first developed a version with Montmorency cherries. Over time, the Boule candy has been enriched with multiple flavors, such as bergamot, with a subtly tangy flavor.

The fruit of the bergamot tree, bergamot is a citrus fruit grown mainly in southern Italy, with floral and lemony aromas.

The Boule Bergamote Candies come in the House's iconic metal tin.
