Citrus Ball Candies

It was in 1827 that confectioner Bélisaire Boissier created the Ball candy, whose round shape symbolizes the City of Paris. He first developed a version with Montmorency cherries after extracting their aroma, much like essential oils are extracted from flower petals in Grasse. He then created variations with mint, rose, and jasmine, and then with exotic fruits such as pineapple. Over time, the Boule candy has been enriched with multiple flavors, such as the Citrus assortment : Orange, Lemon and Lime.
