Ingredients: Calissons Bleus et Blancs: candied fruit (melon, glucose syrup, orange peel, fruit candy syrup), almonds, icing sugar, crystal sugar, glucose syrup, wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil), water, rehydrated egg white, colorings: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.
Allergens: Almonds, Egg. Possible traces of Soy, Hazelnut and Milk lecithin.
Shelf life: 6 months. Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature (15°-25°C).
