Discover Boissier Mendiants: delicious milk and dark chocolate discs studded with caramelized almonds and hazelnuts, pistachios and raisins. Chocolate mendiants come from the Provençal tradition of the 13 Christmas desserts, among which are the "four mendiants": almond, hazelnut or walnut, dried fig and raisin.  These 4 fruits symbolize the 4 "Mendicant Orders" of Christendom who took a vow of poverty: the Franciscans, the Carmelites, the Dominicans and the Augustinians.

Boissier Mendiants are presented in the Maison's iconic metal boxes - 200g, 300g or 450g.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate mendiants: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, raisins. Milk chocolate mendiants: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa, vanilla, soy lecithin), almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, raisins.
Allergens: Milk, Nuts, Soy.
Shelf life: 4 months. Store in a dry place between 16°C and 18°C.
