Opera Medals

Boissier is reissuing chocolate medals featuring the French capital, made from the House's historic molds. The "Opéra Medals" depict the facade of the famous Opéra Garnier. Boissier had a counter inside the Palais itself and delighted elegant ladies in the 19th century, who enjoyed Boule candies while waiting and flirting during the intermissions. Sleeve of 6 pieces (70g) - Assortment of 54% dark chocolate and 34% milk chocolate medals.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate: dark couverture chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring) / minimum 54% cocoa. Milk chocolate: milk couverture chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter: whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring) / minimum 34% cocoa.
Allergens: Soy. Possible traces of Tree Nuts and Sesame.
Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a dry place, away from light, between 16°C and 20°C.
