Marrons Glacés from Piedmont are distinguished by their oval shape, smooth flavor, and delicate texture.

Marrons Glacés from Campania are known for their round shape and bold taste, reminiscent of roasted chestnuts or chestnut purée.

The Piedmont & Campania Marrons Glacés are available in slim boxes (5 pieces) or in Maison Boissier’s iconic metal boxes (12, 20, or 30 pieces).

Ingredients: Chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, humectant: sorbitol, Bourbon vanilla pods, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Shelf life: 3 months.
Store at the bottom of the refrigerator. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before eating. Break the chestnuts with your fingers to preserve their color and texture (do not cut them with a knife, as they may turn white).
