After the delicate and demanding process of candied fruit, which gives the fruit an exceptionally melting texture, a glaze is applied in the final stage of production, to coat it with a crunchy touch.

Glazed Strawberries come in strips of 4 or 3 pieces depending on the size of the fruit - 80g.
