Terms of sale
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By completing the order form on this website and confirming the order (by clicking the “Confirm Order” button), the user fully and unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall exclusively govern the resulting contract.
Boissier reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a breach by the customer of any of their obligations, and more generally, to refuse any order deemed abnormal for any reason whatsoever.
An order becomes final only after confirmation by Boissier. Boissier will confirm acceptance of the order to the user by email, or where applicable, notify the user of refusal within 48 business hours following submission of the order online.
In the event of acceptance of an order, Boissier undertakes to sell and ship, using a quality carrier and under the best possible conditions, the products ordered by the customer at the price stated on the invoice issued from the order form.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer agrees to complete the order form accurately, including their billing address, delivery address during business hours, and telephone/email contact details. Otherwise, the order cannot be accepted.
Post office box addresses are not accepted as shipping addresses.
The customer is prohibited from reselling Boissier products, as orders are strictly intended for personal use or for the personal use of the recipient of the shipment.
The customer also undertakes to comply with the storage conditions of the products and the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
PRICES
Product prices are net, inclusive of VAT, and expressed in Euros.
Delivery charges apply in addition to the product price.
Prices are guaranteed subject to stock availability and any changes in VAT rates.
PAYMENT
Payment for products may only be made online by VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card through the secure payment system.
Validation of payment by credit card is immediate.
No shipment will be made without validated payment.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Customers may choose from several delivery methods for their order: Colissimo, Courier Delivery, or In-Store Pickup.
DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO
Delivery via Colissimo is available within mainland France only.
For deliveries to other regions, customers may send a request by email to the Boissier sales department at contact@maison-boissier.com with the list of desired products. Boissier will provide a quotation including shipping costs, which the customer may accept or decline.
Orders received and validated after payment approval are prepared in our workshops and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If Tuesday or Thursday falls on a public holiday, shipments will be made the following day.
Orders placed from Tuesday after 10:00 a.m. through Wednesday evening will be shipped on Thursday. Orders placed from Thursday after 10:00 a.m. through Monday evening will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Free delivery for orders over €70.
If the recipient or another authorized person is absent at the time of delivery, and provided the mailbox is accessible, the carrier will leave a delivery notice inviting the recipient to contact them or collect the parcel from the nearest pickup center.
Boissier cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the products resulting from delayed collection from the carrier.
Boissier shall under no circumstances be held liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver to the specified address.
If a delivery address is incomplete or inaccurate, Boissier reserves the right to contact the recipient directly by telephone to obtain missing delivery information, provided the supplied telephone number is valid and the recipient is available.
In the event of a returned parcel, Boissier will destroy the products and no refund or replacement request may be made by the customer.
Orders containing a post office box address cannot be processed.
Boissier cannot be held liable if delivery cannot be completed due to natural disasters or force majeure.
Customers are advised that for long-distance deliveries (3 to 5 days transit time), despite special packaging used during warmer seasons, handcrafted chocolates travel better during colder periods of the year.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
The customer then has fourteen (14) days following notification of withdrawal to return to SARL Saveurs et Traditions the items that are not satisfactory.
If exercised, this right of withdrawal is free of charge for the customer, except for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be new, in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, instructions, documentation, and the corresponding invoice so that they may be returned to sale.
Incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled items will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised either on plain paper or by means of a form available upon simple request at the following address:
contact@maison-boissier.com
Simply returning the goods without a declaration, or refusing delivery, is not sufficient to express the intention to withdraw.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

France
In the event the right of withdrawal is exercised, SARL Saveurs et Traditions Boissier shall reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, without fees or interest, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the date on which it was informed of the withdrawal, or, if the goods have not yet been received, from the date they are recovered.
SUPPLY
Boissier products are handcrafted and available in limited quantities.
In the event of stock shortages, Boissier will contact the customer by email or telephone as soon as possible in order to postpone delivery until the product is restocked or, where possible, replace the product with another of equivalent quality and price.
Delivery delays resulting from stock shortages shall not give rise to any refund, provided the customer has been informed of the delay.
Please note that orders placed during holiday periods carry a greater risk of not being confirmed due to stock shortages than orders placed during normal periods of the year.
CLAIMS
The customer must ensure that the delivery conforms to the order.
Upon delivery, any damage must be noted through precise, dated, and signed reservations on the delivery slip.
Any claim, in order to be taken into account, must be made within 48 business hours following receipt:
