Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to justify your decision. The form below allows you to exercise this right directly online, free of charge. You will receive a timestamped acknowledgment of receipt by email.

The 14-day period runs from the day after receipt of your order.

As our products are food items, returns are only accepted for sealed, unopened items, for hygiene and health protection reasons (Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code).

Items personalized at your request (ceremony labels, custom tags) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3°).

Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

You may also notify us of your withdrawal by any other unambiguous means, in particular by post or via the form below.
