Are Boissier products made in France?
Yes. Boissier products are handcrafted in the house's own workshops, in limited quantities, which explains why some products may be temporarily out of stock, particularly during the holiday season.

Maison Boissier offers four main product families: candied chestnuts and chestnut creams (a selection from the Ardèche, Campania and Piedmont terroirs), chocolates (petals, dark and milk bars, mendiants, crispy and melting varieties), classic confectionery reimagined (Pearls, Rigolettes, Marshmallows, Heart-Filled Truffles) and seasonal collections (Summer Delights, the Celebrations collection, festive products).
What is a Boissier marron glacé?
The marron glacé is a candied and glazed chestnut, a historic speciality of Maison Boissier since 1827. The house offers a selection of candied chestnuts by terroir of origin (Ardèche, Campania, Piedmont) as well as a chestnut cream.
What are Boissier's Pearls, Rigolettes and Mendiants?
These are emblematic confectionery and chocolate creations of the house: Pearls and Rigolettes are traditional French sweets reimagined by Boissier, while Mendiants are chocolate discs topped with dried and candied fruit.

How should Boissier's candied chestnuts and chocolates be stored?
Products should be stored according to the instructions on their packaging and consumed before the best-before date indicated. Being handcrafted, they travel and keep best during the cooler seasons of the year.

Ordering and delivery
What delivery methods does Maison Boissier offer?
Five options are available: Colissimo, Chronopost to a pickup point, Chronopost home delivery, free in-store pickup, or courier delivery (within central Paris only).
What are the order processing and shipping days?
Orders are prepared in our workshops and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday (except public holidays, in which case shipping takes place the following day). An order placed between Tuesday after 10am and Wednesday evening is shipped on Thursday; an order placed between Thursday after 10am and Monday evening is shipped the following Tuesday.
Is delivery free at Boissier?
Yes, delivery is free within mainland France for orders over €70. Below this amount, fees vary according to the parcel's weight and the chosen carrier (from €7.70 for Chronopost pickup point delivery).
Does Maison Boissier deliver outside mainland France?
Yes. Chronopost delivery is available within the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden), as well as Monaco. For any other destination, you can request a quote by email at contact@maison-boissier.com.
Can I pick up my order directly in-store?
Yes, in-store pickup is free at any of Maison Boissier's three Parisian shops. Customers must collect their order within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that it is ready.
Does Maison Boissier offer courier delivery in Paris?
Yes, courier delivery is available within central Paris only, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (excluding weekends and public holidays), for a fee of €20 including tax and an indicative delivery time of 4 hours from our workshops.
What payment methods does Maison Boissier accept?
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via a secure payment system. The order is shipped only after payment has been validated.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Can I return a Boissier food product?
As Boissier products are food items, returns are only accepted for sealed, unopened items, for hygiene reasons, or in the event of a defective product or one that does not match the order. Personalised items (ceremony tags, custom labels) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
How do I exercise my right of withdrawal at Boissier?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without justification, via the online form or by post to Maison Boissier, 34 rue de la Pompe, 75116 Paris. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility, and reimbursement takes place within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
What should I do if a product is damaged or an order does not match on delivery?
Any complaint must be reported within 48 business hours of receipt, by email at contact@maison-boissier.com or by post to Maison Boissier, 34 rue de la Pompe, 75116 Paris. Any damage noted on delivery must be recorded as precise, dated and signed reservations on the delivery slip.
